PCS Russia is a young and eager Dutch Project Consultancy and Service company located in Moscow. 

The company is an official general partnership (‘V.O.F’) between two Dutch project specialists that is registered at the Chamber of commerce in The Netherlands. We provide services to companies that are in their pioneering stage and are planning to start business in Russia but also to those companies that seek to expand their current activities. 

Although Russia has changed significantly in the last decades, the business landscape, methods and ethics  in Russia are still very much affected by it’s turbulent past.  By acting as ‘First Boots on the Ground’ during your pioneering phase we can help you to reduce and manage the risks involved to an acceptable level. And by being your ‘local eyes and ears’ we assure that you stay informed at all times.

Furthermore, due to our experience in Project Management and knowledge of the local Russian environment we are able to provide you with detailed advice on the management of your projects and, especially for government organisations, mechanisms for subsidy control. General services are offered as well to keep all activities ‘under one roof’.
